Holiday Closure Notice

Please note that our customer support team will be closed from 27 December 2025 (Sat) to 4 January 2026 (Sun). During this period, we will not be able to respond to enquiries. Replies will resume from Monday, 5 January in the order received.

In addition, our warehouse will be closed for the holidays from 25 December 2025 (Thu) to 2 January 2026 (Fri).
Any orders placed during this period will not be dispatched within the year and will be shipped from 3 January onwards, in the order they were received.
(Please note that dispatch may take longer than usual depending on order volume.)

If there are any issues with your order details—such as incomplete address information—we may be unable to process your shipment during the closure period. This may result in additional delays.
